what we do
Our activities include planting trees, vegetables and seeds, creating woodland and wildlife gardens, pruning, weeding and rubbish clearance. We work on allotment sites and green areas around East Brighton.
Green Team volunteers work on practical tasks twice a week all year round. We work on Tuesdays in Moulsecoomb and on Thursdays in Whitehawk.
Anyone can come along regardless of their ability or experience. We provide gloves, tools and equipment. It’s not all hard work! We have regular breaks for tea, biscuits and a natter.
