who we are
We work with local residents, day centres, @ctive Student, local schools, the Unemployment Support Council, Workability, the Youth Inclusion Project, the Youth Offending Team and City College. Volunteers include retired people, deaf people, people with learning difficulties, people with mental health issues,
People join because they want to become more active or because they want to gain work experience and enhance their CV.
We are co-ordinated by Sue Leggett. All supervisors are First Aid trained. We carry full insurance and all sites are risk assessed. Accompanied children are always welcome.
